Customer management
Store name, phone, email, company, address, tags, and notes. Search and filter the list so the right account is one keystroke away. Tags help segment trade partners, VIP clients, or regional accounts.
Interaction timeline
Every follow-up sits on a customer timeline — calls, meetings, and free-text notes with timestamps. Context stays attached to the account instead of disappearing into chat apps.
Reminder system
Schedule local desktop notifications for next steps. Reminders run on the device; you do not need an always-on SaaS worker to nudge a follow-up.
File attachments
Attach contracts, quotes, and images to a customer. Files stay on disk (and with the host in intranet mode). When the vault is enabled, attachment packs are encrypted with the same passphrase workflow as the database.
Import & export
Import customers from CSV (template available in Settings). Export with passphrase confirmation when encryption is on — so backups remain intentional. Spreadsheet round-trips keep you portable if you ever leave the product.
Intranet mode
One machine runs as Host and serves the shared database on your LAN. Clients connect with a bearer token. Optional IP / CIDR whitelist limits which offices can reach the host. No public internet and no rented server are required for day-to-day sharing.
Data encryption
Enable the vault with a passphrase. Invoxa derives keys with Argon2id and seals the SQLite database with AES-256-GCM. At rest you keep encrypted artifacts — not a permanently open plaintext file.
Licensing
Trial allows up to 10 customers (including CSV import). Production licenses are ECDSA-signed .lic files. Tiers map to seats and whether LAN mode is allowed — Standalone, Team (5), Large Team (25), or Enterprise.
Languages
The desktop app ships with English, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Spanish, German, and French UI strings.
