Invoxa CRM stores customer relationship data on your computers. The desktop application does not require uploading your CRM contacts to Invoxa cloud servers to operate. You control exports, backups, and who can reach a LAN Host.

Website

This marketing site is static HTML. We do not embed third-party advertising trackers by default. Standard web server logs (IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp) may be collected by the hosting provider for security and reliability.

Purchases

When you buy a license through a payment provider (for example Lemon Squeezy, Gumroad, or Paddle), that provider processes payment details under their privacy policy. Invoxa receives the information needed to fulfill your license (typically email and order metadata).

Support email

If you email support@invoxatool.com, we use your message to respond to the request. Do not send unencrypted customer databases or unnecessary personal data about your end customers.
